Check-In and Offload

Over the past year loads of you have been volunteering and sometimes in quite stressful and difficult situations.

HEART has created a new phone line for volunteers that offers a one-off chat with a skilled listening ear, free of charge and totally confidential.

The service runs every week from 6pm-8pm Mondays to Fridays on 01424-237270. Calls are up to 45minutes with a trained Check-In adviser, and about anything you want to share.

We want to make sure you are looked after too. So do give us a call.
